First created in Spain (and for that reason, one of our very favorites), this semi-hard cheese is a true celebration of flavor and texture. The intensely deep and zesty taste plays brilliantly with the crumbly texture and finishes with gentle notes of saltiness.

 

Drizzle it with some extra virgin olive oil and serve with sun-dried tomatoes, hazelnuts, almonds, olives, and dates.

 

For the perfect wine pairing, go for Barolo or Pinot Grigio.
